House portraits can be drawn in the medium of your choice; pastel, charcoal or sepia. Drawings are 20" x 25" unless requested otherwise.

At the time of the order you pay a 20% deposit. The balance is paid after you have approved a photo of the drawing.

Charcoal house portraits are $200, sepia are $250, and pastel are $300. The prices below only reflect the 20% deposit.
