House portraits can be drawn in the medium of your choice; pastel, charcoal or sepia. Drawings are 20" x 25" unless requested otherwise.
You pay 20% at the time you order, and the balance when you have approved a photo of the portrait.
Charcoal house portraits are $200, sepia are $250, and pastel are $300.
Prices below reflect only the 20% deposit.
